If you pay online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued—store credit only. Recollections: If blood work is delayed, lost, or needs to be recollected, Quick Test Health Services Tucson will recollect your sample for free. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations under 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
