No appointment needed. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday starting at 7 AM at 1310 W St Marys Rd, 2nd Floor, Tucson, AZ. Last walk-in accepted at 3:30 PM. Saturday is by appointment only.
No doctor's order required for most services. We provide direct access to drug testing, blood work, STD testing, DNA testing, hormone panels and more. Just bring a valid photo ID.
Most visits take 15 minutes or less at our St Marys Rd location. Check-in takes about 5 minutes, collection takes 2–5 minutes, and documentation takes another 5 minutes.
Most lab results are available in 24–72 hours delivered securely to your online portal. Rapid drug screens provide preliminary results on-site within 15 minutes. DNA testing takes 3–5 business days.
We operate on a self-pay cash basis with transparent upfront pricing — no surprise bills. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, HSA and FSA cards. HSA and FSA accepted on blood work and wellness panels.
Just bring a valid photo ID—driver's license, passport, or state ID. For legal DNA testing, all participants must present photo ID. For court-ordered drug testing, bring your court paperwork.
It depends on the specific test. Cholesterol panels, glucose and A1C tests typically require 8–12 hours of fasting. We open at 7 AM Monday through Friday — perfect for fasting labs before your workday begins.
Results are delivered securely through our online patient portal. You will receive an email notification when results are ready. For legal testing we provide certified documentation for your attorney or caseworker.
Yes — when proper collection procedures are followed. We offer both legal testing with full documentation accepted by Pima County courts and personal peace-of-mind testing for private knowledge only.
We offer urine, hair, nail, blood and breath alcohol testing. Panels range from single substance screens at $25 to comprehensive 14-panel forensic screens. DOT-compliant testing available. Walk-ins welcome at 7 AM.

Yes. We follow strict HIPAA privacy guidelines. Your results are only shared with you and parties you authorize. Our 2nd floor suite on St Marys Rd provides a private, discreet clinical environment.
Yes. We offer the TB skin test (PPD) at $35 by appointment and the QuantiFERON-TB Gold blood test at $135 as a walk-in. Both are accepted by Pima County employers, nursing programs, and healthcare facilities.
Yes. OSHA-compliant N95 respirator fit testing starts at $40 without mask and $50 with mask included. Same-day digital certificate provided. Walk-ins welcome at 7 AM. Perfect for nursing students and healthcare workers.
