How STD Testing Works

One Quick Visit, Two Samples

What does our comprehensive STD panel check for?
Our comprehensive panel checks for six common sexually transmitted infections in a single visit:
chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, HIV (5th-generation blood test), syphilis (by RPR blood test), and trichomoniasis.
Everything is collected at the same time—one urine sample and a single blood draw cover all six tests. It's the most complete STD screening available in Tucson, with secure results sent to your private online portal within 24 to 48 hours.

If You Test Positive
A positive result is a starting point, not a dead end — and you won't be sent off to begin again somewhere else. If any of your five results comes back positive, our telehealth provider can review it with you and send treatment for common bacterial infections (chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, syphilis) straight to your pharmacy. Just ask during your visit.

STD FAQ
What if a result comes back positive? A positive result is manageable — most STDs are treatable and several are fully curable. For many common infections we can connect you with a telehealth provider
How long after exposure should I test? It depends on the infection. Chlamydia and gonorrhea typically appear within one to two weeks, syphilis within three to six weeks, and HIV within a few weeks of exposure. If you come in very soon after a possible exposure, we may suggest a short follow-up to confirm.
What's included in the comprehensive STD panel? One visit covers five of the most common sexually transmitted infections: HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis — the one most basic panels skip. We take a small blood sample and a urine sample on-site, so there's no booking separate tests. Confidential results arrive in 24–48 hours.
