No doctor's order, referral, or insurance needed — we handle the lab order on-site. Results: Your official lab report is posted to your secure patient portal in about 2 business days. If you pay online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued—store credit only. Recollections: If blood work is delayed, lost, or needs recollection, we will recollect your sample for free. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required.
