About This Test This panel measures 14 metabolic markers in one blood draw: Glucose, BUN (Blood Urea Nitrogen), Creatinine, eGFR (estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate), Sodium, Potassium, CO2 (Bicarbonate), Chloride, Calcium, Total Protein, Albumin, Total Bilirubin, ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase), and AST (Aspartate Aminotransferase). These markers assess kidney function, liver function, electrolyte balance, and blood sugar status simultaneously. Who This Test Is For • Anyone due for a routine organ function check or annual wellness screen • Patients with diabetes, hypertension, or kidney disease monitoring disease progression • Individuals on medications that affect the liver or kidneys (statins, NSAIDs, diuretics, etc.) • Anyone with fatigue, swelling, or unexplained symptoms involving kidney or liver function What to Expect & Preparation Preparation: Fasting for 8–12 hours prior to your blood draw is recommended for accurate glucose results. Your Lab Visit: We're open Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM in Tucson. No doctor's order needed. Turnaround Time: Results typically available within 1–2 business days. Recollections: If blood work is delayed, lost, or needs recollection, we will recollect your sample for free. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required.
