This test includes: • PSA, Free & Total • CEA (Carcinoembryonic Antigen) • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), including liver enzymes • Complete Blood Count (CBC) PSA reflects prostate health, and measuring free PSA alongside total gives a clearer read. CEA is tied to colon health. The CMP and blood count add context, since infection, inflammation, and liver or kidney conditions can affect results too. Important to Know On their own, tumor markers can't confirm or rule out cancer. They can go up for plenty of reasons unrelated to cancer, and some cancers never raise them. This panel isn't a substitute for screenings like mammograms, colonoscopies, or prostate exams. If you're having symptoms or a number comes back high, your provider is the right next step. For the most accurate PSA, avoid ejaculation for 48 hours and skip cycling before your visit. No doctor's order, referral, or insurance needed — we handle the lab order on-site. Results: Your official lab report is posted to your secure patient portal in about 2–3 business days. Your results are private and shared only with people you authorize. Note on Turnaround Times: Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.
