If you pay online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued—store credit only. Recollections: If blood work is delayed, lost, or needs recollection, we will recollect your sample for free. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations under 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Result Turnaround Times Most tests: 24–48 hours QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus: 3–5 business days Hair follicle drug testing: 3–5 business days Specialized panels: 3–7 business days Specimen Collection & Laboratory Processing We carefully package all specimens and ship to reference laboratory partners via overnight courier.
